Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial activity nor to their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a whole;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (House of Pet Design GmbH, Kirchplatz 7, 32791 Lage, Phone: +49 (0) 5232 980 53 50, Email: service@wirliebenhunter.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for goods that can be shipped by parcel until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

We will collect goods that cannot be shipped by parcel.

You shall send back or hand over the goods that can be shipped by parcel without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to LOEWE Logistics & Care GmbH & Co. KG, c/o Wir lieben HUNTER, Röntgenstr. 17, 32052 Herford. The deadline is met if you send back the goods that can be shipped by parcel before the period of 14 days has expired.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and premature expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can, however, only be delivered after 30 days, and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
