Products

Discover product details

Click on a product image or name to open the product detail page. There you’ll find:

  • Name and item number
  • Images and videos
  • Available colors, sizes, and designs
  • Price, availability, and delivery time
  • Description, usage info, and materials
  • Measuring guides, care instructions, or ingredients (depending on the item)

“Matching products” shows items from the same series/collection or useful additions. At the bottom you’ll also see your “Recently viewed” history.

Select and add to cart

Choose color/design/size (if applicable). You’ll see the unit price (incl. VAT, excl. shipping) and can select the quantity. Click “Add to cart” to receive a confirmation.

We use a traffic-light availability system:

  • Green: available in sufficient quantity
  • Yellow: low stock
  • Red: currently unavailable

If an item is unavailable, you can leave your email address to be notified when it’s back in stock — or save it to your wishlist.

Prices and promotions

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include German VAT (19%).

Discounted items are marked accordingly. The crossed-out price is the RRP (recommended retail price). You’ll find discounted items in Sale (excluding limited-time offers).


Cart & Checkout

Edit your cart

You can access your cart at any time via the cart icon in the top navigation (top right). In the cart, you can:

  • View an item again (click the image or name)
  • Change quantities (prices update automatically)
  • Remove an item (click the X)

You’ll see unit prices, totals, cart value, and shipping costs. Click “Continue shopping” or “Checkout”.

Note: Your cart is saved for a limited time (see Privacy policy).

Shipping updates and order status

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You’ll also be notified when your parcel is handed over to the carrier. You can view your order status in your account.

Orders are usually processed and handed over within 1–3 days. International deliveries may take longer due to customs or handover to local carriers.

Customer details in checkout

To complete your order, enter your address first. If you already have an account, log in. Alternatively, register once or continue as a guest.

Fields marked with * are required to process your order.

Different delivery address & Packstation

You can choose a different delivery address (private address or Packstation). For Packstation delivery, please provide:

  • First and last name
  • Your PostNumber (Packstation customer number)
  • Address line: Packstation + number
  • ZIP code and city of the Packstation

You can review and change your address details before placing the order.

Select payment and shipping method

In step 2, you choose your payment method. We work with PayPal (payments are made to PayPal). AmazonPay is also available.

More information about payment and shipping is available here. We do not charge extra fees for selecting a payment method.

Shipping: We currently ship exclusively via DHL standard shipping.

Review and place your order

In step 3, you review your order one last time. You can adjust billing/shipping address and payment/shipping options if needed.

Click “Place order with obligation to pay” to submit your order (after accepting the Terms & Conditions). Please also note the right of withdrawal.

Order & Delivery

Change or cancel an order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order after it has been placed.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Details are available here.

Track and receive your delivery

Orders are usually processed and handed over to DHL within 1–3 days. You’ll be notified by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse (including a tracking number).

If there are delays, please check the tracking status first and then contact us (ideally with your order number).

Complaints and returns

1. Shipping damage: Please report visible damage to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

2. Defective item: Statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us with your order number, the item, and the type of defect.

3. Don’t like it: You can withdraw within 14 days — even without giving reasons. Details here. We cover return shipping costs. Use the return link in your account order overview.

4. Extended free returns with an account: Registered customers (Germany) can return items free of charge for an additional 14 days beyond the legal withdrawal period.

5. Feedback: If you’d like, you can email the reason for cancellation to service@wirliebenhunter.de.

Registration: benefits and process

Creating an account gives you many benefits:

  • Faster checkout without re-entering details
  • Orders, invoices and information at a glance
  • Extended free returns
  • Wishlists to save items
Login

You can log in via the icon in the top navigation — or during checkout when you’re ready to place an order.

Forgot your password?

Click “Reset password” in the login area and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link (please check your spam folder). The link is valid for 2 hours.

Guest checkout

You can place an order without an account. In checkout step 1 (“Your address”), select “Checkout as guest”.

Wishlist

Registered customers can save items by clicking the heart icon and access them later via the wishlist.


Loyalty program

Rewards for loyal customers

With our loyalty program, you can enjoy benefits based on your purchases and stay informed about exclusive promotions. Participation is easy — you just need a customer account.

How do I join the loyalty program?

Create an account or log in. If the loyalty program is active, the shop/account will guide you through the enrollment steps.

Where can I see my benefits or status?

In your customer account you can view your status, benefits, or activities (if available).

Something doesn’t look right — what should I do?

Email us at service@wirliebenhunter.de or use the chat in the bottom right of the shop. If possible, include your account email and (if relevant) your order number.
